SWAP (Solid Waste Alternatives Program) will be selling their famous, and oh so comfortable, T-shirt skirts in front of Paper Scissors on the Rock. Making things even better will be having El Taco ‘Bout there serving up fabulous fresh tacos and burritos! Masks and social distancing will be required.
