QiGong Class

Join local QiGong instructor Claudia Elwell for a free QiGong class every Thursday morning at 9am. Qigong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. This class is intended to encourage students of QiGong and offer resources to excite daily practice. This is a drop-in class, open to all levels.  Beginners are welcome.
