Join local QiGong instructor, Claudia Elwell for an introductory QiGong class that is free and open to the public. Qigong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. This class is intended to encourage students of QiGong and offer resources to excite daily practice. This is a drop-in class, and everyone is welcome! Space is limited and the class will move outside if necessary.
