Join local QiGong instructor, Claudia Elwell for an introductory QiGong series that is free and open to the public. Qigong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. This is a drop-in class, and space is limited. The class will be held outside, behind the Library as long as the weather is comfortable. If need be, the class will be relocated to the Community Meeting Room, where the limit is 10 people.
