Applefest 2018! 

It’s that delicious time of year again!

Come out to Fruit City’s organic orchard on Saturday October 13th from noon til 4pm for an afternoon of apple cider pressing, live music and fall fun!

There will be fresh-pressed cider for sale — bring your own jars! — as well as Fruit City apple cider vinegar, fresh eating apples and Pink Sparkle applesauce. Barn Owl Bakery and Sunnyfield Farm will also have tasty treats available. Madrona of Kwiaht will be on hand to help ID your mystery apple varieties.

And if all that’s not enough of an enticement — the Lopez School Garden’s L.I.F.E. program will be offering a delicious hot lunch, and showing off their incredible Lopez School Garden down in the lower part of Fruit City’s orchard. Yes, there is a Corn Maze! You can dye a shirt with real indigo dye, play Chicken Drop Bingo, and Harvest Games. It’s FAMILY FUN at its best!

Entry to Applefest is free.
The cost is $5 per person for the Corn Maze.
This event supports the L.I.F.E. program.
